Please remember that these units are built overseas. Their face plate states 230VAC. We normally see voltages here in the States between 208 VAC and 240VAC with some exceptions.
Ideally, you will want to use a Buck Boost Transformer to dial your voltage into the range of 225 VAC - 232 VAC Max.
Depending on which .5Kva Buck Boost Transformer you choose you'll be able to move Up/Down 12, 16, 24 or 32VAC to achieve your goal.
These machines can be damaged by voltage under 208VAC and over 230 VAC.
